Sub-subleading soft graviton theorem from asymptotic Einstein's equations

Laurent Freidel et al.

Summary: This study identifies an asymptotic spin-2 charge aspect in Einstein gravity, which leads to the sub-subleading soft theorem after quantization. It reveals a non-local spacetime symmetry and demonstrates the non-linear nature of Einstein's equations through collinear corrections to the sub-subleading soft theorem. The analysis also unifies the universal soft theorems as conservation equations for spin-0, -1, -2 canonical generators, highlighting the important role played by dual mass.

Goldilocks modes and the three scattering bases

Laura Donnay et al.

Summary: The paper examines massless scattering from the perspectives of position, momentum, and celestial bases, showcasing different properties of physical processes. It focuses on the infrared triangle, soft theorems, memory effects, and celestial symmetry algebras. By studying the celestial basis, the authors find it is particularly adept at identifying symmetry structures and resolving tensions between different theoretical frameworks.

BMS flux algebra in celestial holography

Laura Donnay et al.

Summary: This article constructs BMS momentum fluxes starting from gravity in asymptotically flat spacetime, establishes the relation between the BMS momentum fluxes and celestial CFT operators, and deduces the transformation under the action of asymptotic symmetries and the OPEs of the celestial CFT currents from the BMS flux algebra.

Celestial diamonds: conformal multiplets in celestial CFT

Sabrina Pasterski et al.

Summary: The author examined the structure of global conformal multiplets in 2D celestial CFT, classifying and constructing all SL(2, C) primary descendants for a 4D bulk theory with massless particles of spin s = {0, 1/2, 1/3, 2/2}. This explicit construction was achieved using a wavefunction-based approach to map 4D scattering amplitudes to celestial CFT correlators of operators with SL(2, C) conformal dimension increment and spin J.

Infinite-dimensional fermionic symmetry in supersymmetric gauge theories

Thomas T. Dumitrescu et al.

Summary: By analyzing semiclassical photino dynamics in abelian N = 1 theories with charged matter, we establish the existence of an infinite-dimensional fermionic symmetry in four-dimensional supersymmetric gauge theories. This symmetry, parametrized by a spinor-valued function on an asymptotic S-2 at null infinity, is not manifest at the level of the Lagrangian but acts non-trivially on physical states. The Ward identity of this symmetry is the soft photino theorem and it resides in the same N = 1 supermultiplet as the physically non-trivial large gauge symmetries associated with the soft photon theorem.
