Cactus-like NiCo2O4@Nickel-plated fabric nano-flowers as flexible free-standing supercapacitor electrode

Self-assembled NiCo2O4 microspheres for hybrid supercapacitor applications

Summary: Hierarchical NiCo2O4 microspheres with self-assembled nanostructures including nanorods, nanosheets, and nanoparticles were prepared through hydrothermal and calcination processes. The nanosheets-assembled NiCo2O4 microspheres (NCO-S) exhibited the highest specific capacitance and good cycling stability due to their hierarchical nanostructures, high specific surface area, and improved electric conductivity. Furthermore, a hybrid supercapacitor using NCO-S as the positive electrode showed a prominent energy density and excellent capacity retention.

Battery-type and binder-free MgCo2O4-NWs@NF electrode materials for the assembly of advanced hybrid supercapacitors

Facile growth of nickel foam-supported MnCo2O4.5 porous nanowires as binder-free electrodes for high-performance hybrid supercapacitors
