3D Printing of Electron/Ion-Flux Dual-Gradient Anodes for Dendrite-Free Zinc Batteries

Summary: A 3D-printed electron/ion-flux dual-gradient porous Zn anode is developed to suppress dendrite growth and achieve dendrite-free Zn-ion batteries. The anode establishes dual-gradient electron/ion fluxes by using bottom-rich conductive Ag nanoparticles and zincophilic Ag nanoparticles, enabling bottom-preferential Zn deposition behavior with unimpeded electron transfer and ion diffusion.
