Bovine Lactoferrin Suppresses Tumor Angiogenesis through NF-κB Pathway Inhibition by Binding to TRAF6

This effect was achieved through the inhibition of p-p65 via binding with TNF receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6), leading to the down-regulation of hypoxia inducible factor-alpha (HIF-1 alpha) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), specifically in TECs.
