This paper discusses the emission spectra and absolute radiation intensities of laser plasma generated by laser pulse on a xenon gas-jet target. The research utilized a Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm and a pulse duration of 5.2 ns. The spectral range of 3-20 nm was investigated. Gas-jet targets were formed using a supersonic conical nozzle. Emission spectra of the laser plasma were obtained and interpreted, and the absolute radiation intensities were determined for various spectral bands under different gas-jet target excitation conditions.
The paper discusses the results of studying the emission spectra and absolute radiation intensities of laser plasma generated by laser pulse on a xenon gas-jet target. A Nd:YAG laser, & lambda; = 1064 nm, & tau; = 5.2 ns, Epulse = 0.8 J was used. The spectral range 3-20 nm was studied. Gas-jet targets were formed by a supersonic conical nozzle. Emission spectra of laser plasma were obtained and interpreted. Absolute radiation intensities were determined in a number of spectral bands under various conditions of gas-jet target excitation.
