Memory-based dynamic event-triggered control for networked interval type-2 fuzzy systems subject to DoS attacks

Xiehuan Li et al.

Summary: This article investigates the memory-based dynamic event-triggered controller design issue for networked IT2 fuzzy systems under non-periodic DoS attacks. A novel memory-based DETM is proposed to schedule data communication and save network resources by introducing interval dynamic variables. A new switched time-delay system with imperfectly matched MFs is established considering both memory-based DETM and DoS attacks.

Secure consensus of multi-agent systems with redundant signal and communication interference via distributed dynamic event-triggered control

Can Zhao et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a new distributed dynamic event-triggered control (DDETC) scheme with impulsive signal to achieve secure consensus in multi-agent systems (MASs) under redundant signal and communication interference, effectively avoiding Zeno behavior. The designed DDETC scheme cleverly constructs secure consensus criteria for MASs using anti-deception and anti-interference techniques. Numerical examples with simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and control protocol.

Decentralized Resilient H∞ Load Frequency Control for Cyber-Physical Power Systems Under DoS Attacks

Xin Zhao et al.

Summary: This paper presents a decentralized resilient H-infinity load frequency control (LFC) scheme for multi-area cyber-physical power systems (CPPSs) under DoS attacks. State-feedback controllers are designed using a novel transmission interval-dependent loop functional method to ensure system performance and resilience index. The proposed scheme achieves less conservative H-infinity performance and resilience index for the LFC system.

Memory-Event-Triggered H∞ Load Frequency Control of Multi-Area Power Systems With Cyber-Attacks and Communication Delays

Shen Yan et al.

Summary: This article focuses on the H1 load frequency control of multi-area power systems with cyber-attacks and communication delays using a memory-event-triggered mechanism (METM). The dynamics of power system components are simulated by circuit systems and a METM is constructed to optimize data transmission for control signals. A decentralized distributed delay system is modeled to represent H1 LFC under the proposed METM, with new criteria for co-designing controller and triggering parameters against deception attacks.

Impact of Electric Vehicle Aggregator with Communication Time Delay on Stability Regions and Stability Delay Margins in Load Frequency Control System

Ausnain Naveed et al.

Summary: This study investigates the impact of an electric vehicle (EV) aggregator with communication time delay on stability regions and stability delay margins of a single-area load frequency control (LFC) system. A graphical method and frequency-domain exact method are utilized to analyze the qualitative impact of the EV aggregator, with results validated through time-domain simulations and the QPmR algorithm.

Robust Load Frequency Control for Power System Considering Transmission Delay and Sampling Period

Xing-Chen Shangguan et al.

Summary: This research proposes a robust delay-dependent PI-based load frequency control (LFC) scheme for power systems, which can handle uncertainties related to transmission delays, sampling periods, parameter uncertainties, load fluctuations, and intermittent generation of renewable energy sources. The scheme is designed to operate stably under various sampling periods and transmission delays, showing strong robustness against uncertainties in power systems, communication networks, load fluctuations, and intermittent generation of RESs.
