Establishment of prognostic nomogram for T1N0M0 glottic squamous cell carcinoma: an SEER database analysis

Summary: The study aimed to construct prognostic models for OS and CSS in patients with T1N0M0 glottic SCC and reassess the effect of surgery alone and radiation alone using PSM. Using the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database, it was found that patients who underwent primary site surgery had better survival rates, and factors such as surgery, radiation, sequential treatments, and chemotherapy were associated with survival. The nomogram models were established, and PSM was used to compare the effects of surgery and radiation on survival.

Prognostic and Treatment Differences Between T1a and T1b Glottic Cancer
