This article discusses the safety issues of astronauts during the landing process and investigates how rescuers can effectively carry out rescue missions. The article also takes into account the special maritime conditions of the Vostochny cosmodrome.
Taking into account the wide range of unforeseen factors during the landing of a spacecraft, a significant deviation of the actual landing point of its landing capsule from the expected one is possible. How and by what means to ensure the safety of astronauts before rescuers found them, how to carry out extremely rapid depressurization of the landing capsule by rescuers for outdoor air access, whether an ekranoplanee can help in solving these problems, taking into account the ocean specifics of the Vostochny cosmodrome, are analyzed in the article.
