Impedimetric ultrasensitive detection of trypsin based on hybrid aptamer-2DMIP using a glassy carbon electrode modified by nickel oxide nanoparticle

Summary: In this study, a new artificial receptor biosensor was successfully designed using a hybrid method of molecularly imprinted polymer and aptamers for ultra-trace Trypsin enzyme recognition. The biosensor showed unparalleled selectivity and sensitivity in real samples, with a good diagnostic linear range and detection limit. The efficiency of the biosensor was significantly improved with the presence of aptamers in the system.

Nano gold-doped molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for rapid and ultrasensitive cortisol detection

The sensor utilized a nano gold-doped poly-o-PD film, which facilitated charge transfer and blocked the charge transfer when cortisol occupied the binding cavities, resulting in enhanced detection response and sensitivity. The sensor exhibited high affinity and selectivity towards cortisol and showed promising potential for point-of-care testing applications.

Different nanocomposites were fabricated and characterized, with evidence pointing to the higher polymerization growth and electron charge-transfer rates of P(AP?PD)/ZnO compared to other materials. Morphological evidence also demonstrated the presence of zinc oxide nanoparticles on the polymer backbone in the nanocomposites.

Sensitive identification of silibinin as anticancer drug in human plasma samples using poly (β-CD)-AgNPs: A new platform towards efficient clinical pharmacotherapy

Summary: An innovative electroanalysis method using silver nanoparticles and beta-cyclodextrin was proposed for the accurate and sensitive detection of silibinin in human plasma samples. The sensing platform provided a high electron conductivity layer with efficient substrate for interaction with silibinin, showing a linear relationship between anodic peak current and silibinin concentration in a range of 0.0103-10.3 µM. The proposed sensor could be an efficient platform for cancer therapy based on the recognition of silibinin in clinical samples.
