Kickstand rods and correction of coronal malalignment in patients with adult spinal deformity

Summary: The KR technique is effective in treating coronal malalignment in adults. Compared to traditional rod techniques, the use of KRs improves postoperative coronal alignment but does not improve clinical outcome measures one year after surgery.
