Abdominal pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancies, with less than 1% of all types of ectopic pregnancy. Its importance lies in the high morbidity and mortality rates. This case report describes a shocked patient with acute abdominal pain, who underwent laparotomy and was diagnosed with abdominal pregnancy implanted into the posterior wall of the uterus, followed by appropriate follow-up.
