Entangled microwave photons generation using cryogenic low noise amplifier (transistor nonlinearity effects)

Ahmad Salmanogli

Summary: This article focuses on the entanglement phenomenon in quantum physics and its nonlinearity property. It presents a unique approach to create entangled microwave photons using the third-order nonlinearity effect in a cryogenic low-noise amplifier (LNA). The study shows that the designed circuit with transistor third-order nonlinearity can generate entangled microwave photons at low intrinsic transconductance and minimized noise figure (NF).

Entanglement Sustainability Improvement Using Optoelectronic Converter in Quantum Radar (Interferometric Object-Sensing)

Ahmad Salmanogli et al.

Summary: The study focuses on designing an optoelectronic converter to enhance entanglement between retained and returned modes at high temperatures. By replacing the mechanical part with optoelectronic components and investigating the coupling factor, entanglement sustainability can be improved. At specific values of the coupling factor, complete entanglement can be maintained up to 5.5 K and partially entangled around 50 K.
