The pandemic has caused disruptions to previous operational models and has led to changes in public administration. The academic literature on the impacts of the pandemic on public administration and management is expanding. To the best of our knowledge, no literature review summarizing the findings of published research has been made available. This article provides a summary of the findings from a systematic literature review on changes in public administration attributed to the pandemic and identifies gaps that should be addressed in future research (e.g., the longevity of changes).
