We present the draft genome sequences of bacterial strains belonging to the genera Alteromonas and Tenacibaculum. Polysaccharide utilization loci (PULs) were found in all ulvan-utilizing strains. Comparison of the PULs will provide insights into the degradation pathway of ulvan.
We present the draft genome sequences of bacterial strains of the genera Alteromonas and Tenacibaculum. Polysaccharide utilization loci (PULs) were found in all of the ulvan utilizers.
