Previous studies have identified the advantages and disadvantages of teleworking. This pandemic provides a unique opportunity to examine employees' experiences and perceptions of telework, given the duration and extent of their participation. While employer strategies will play a major role in shaping the future of telework, employee preferences and constraints, such as access to suitable technology or the home environment, will also be important factors.
