Smart city re-imagined: City planning and GeoAI in the age of big data

The paper also defines a human-centered conceptual framework and discusses the latest achievements, barriers, and future research avenues for the application of GeoAI in smart city planning.

Smart Korea: Governance for smart justice during a global pandemic
