The effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on sleep quality, resilience, and optimism

Effect of physical exercise on sleep quality of college students: Chain intermediary effect of mindfulness and ruminative thinking

Summary: This study investigates the correlation between physical exercise and sleep quality in college students, as well as the mechanisms of mindfulness and ruminative thinking. The findings show that physical exercise is negatively correlated with sleep quality and ruminative thinking, but positively correlated with mindfulness. Mindfulness and ruminative thinking are significant predictors of sleep quality, while physical exercise has no significant predictive effect. The study highlights the importance of physical exercise and provides suggestions for improving sleep quality and overall health in college students.

Relationship between musculoskeletal pain, sleep quality and migraine with level of physical activity in college students during the COVID-19 pandemic

Additionally, there is strong evidence showing that reduced physical activity during the pandemic is associated with sleep quality, musculoskeletal pain, and migraine frequency.
