Characterization of the interaction of nanobubble ultrasound contrast agents with human blood components

The concentration of nanoparticles in the PCNDs shell was optimized to achieve a dual-mode contrast effect. Additionally, the unloaded PCNDs also showed dual-mode potential as T1 MR and US contrast agents. Overall, PCNDs have excellent potential as dual-mode contrast agents for both MRI and US.
