The effect of sodium (Na) doping on the performance of n-Si/Cu2SnS3 heterojunction solar cells deposited by PLD using a homemade target.

Summary: In this work, n-Si/Cu2SnS3(CTS) heterojunction solar cells were fabricated using different doping concentrations of Na in CTS thin films. It was observed that properties of the CTS thin films strongly depended on Na concentration, with 1% Na doping enhancing crystallinity and optical absorption. The best photovoltaic performance was achieved with Al/n-Si/CTS(1%Na doped)/Ag solar cell, showing an open circuit voltage of 300mV and power conversion efficiency of 1.02%.

High photocatalytic activity of ZnS@Ag8SnS6 nanocomposites: Preparation and investigation
