Washing-free chemiluminescence immunoassay for rapid detection of cardiac troponin I in whole blood samples

Summary: A chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) method was developed for the rapid detection of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) in whole blood samples without centrifugation. The method utilized magnetic particles with immobilized antibodies to capture antigens and erythrocytes, and polychloromethylstyrene microspheres (PCMS) for signal amplification. The CLIA method showed high sensitivity, broad linear range, and was not significantly interfered by endogenous substances, demonstrating great potential for clinical application.

Summary: In this study, nano zero-valent iron-manganese (NZVIM) bimetallic materials were synthesized and used to activate sulfite for the elimination of sulfamethazine (SMT). The optimum Fe/Mn molar ratio was found to be different under different pH conditions. The addition of manganese element improved the degradation efficiency of SMT. The primary radicals responsible for SMT elimination were identified to be ·OH.

Fabrication of Bi1.81MnNbO6.72/sulfite system for efficient degradation of chlortetracycline

The synthesized Bi1.81MnNbO6.72 exhibited paramagnetic properties and contained high density of metal atoms, facilitating the heterogeneous catalytic process. Through experimental tests, it was found that initial pH, Bi1.81MnNbO6.72 dosage, sulfite and chlortetracycline concentrations, as well as inorganic salt ions had significant effects on chlortetracycline degradation efficiency, reaching up to 76.2% under optimal conditions.
