Summary: Analysis of the immune phenotypes of primary lung tumors and brain metastases revealed that brain metastatic tumors are more immunosuppressed than primary lung tumors. Additionally, significant differences were observed in gene expression and immune microenvironment between the synchronous group and the metachronous group.
