Two new nematode-trapping fungi (Arthrobotrys, Orbiliaceae) from Yunnan, China

Xin Zhang et al.

Summary: In this study, two new species, Arthrobotrys jindingensis and A. tongdianensis, isolated from freshwater sediment and terrestrial soil in Lanping county, Yunnan, China, were introduced based on morphology and multi-locus phylogenetic analysis. The phylogenetic analysis provides strong support for them as two new species within the genus Arthrobotrys. Descriptions and illustrations of these two species are provided in this paper.
