Summary: This study investigated the effect of HALP score at the time of diagnosis on prognosis in patients with multiple myeloma. The results showed that patients with a high HALP score had longer overall survival compared to those with a low HALP score. Additionally, NLR, PLR, HALP score, and ISS stage were all found to be significant predictors of overall survival.
