The efficacy of erbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Er:YAG) laser in the treatment of decreased sexual sensation: a randomized, placebo-controlled trial

The results showed that laser treatment significantly improved patients' vaginal tightness satisfaction and overall satisfaction, as well as pelvic floor muscle contraction. Mild and transient adverse effects were noted in the laser group, but were not significantly different from the control group.

Safety of prasterone in breast cancer survivors treated with aromatase inhibitors: the VIBRA pilot study

Comparison of topical fractional CO2 laser and vaginal estrogen for the treatment of genitourinary syndrome in postmenopausal women: a randomized controlled trial

Summary: This study compared the efficacy of fractional CO2 laser therapy with topical estrogen therapy for postmenopausal genitourinary syndrome of menopause. Additionally, sexual function improved significantly in both treatment groups.
