Ultrahigh breakdown strength and energy storage properties of xBiMg0.5Zr0.5O3-(1-x)BaZr0.25Ti0.75O3 thin films

Summary: This study proposes a method for improving the dielectric breakdown strength and energy storage performance of dielectric capacitors by reducing the annealing temperature and introducing a high-polarized substance. This provides a feasible approach for designing high-performance energy storage devices in the future.
