Summary: The traditional models of doctor-patient relationships are often classified into three categories based on power distribution, while this paper challenges this idea by introducing a fourth possibility where power rests with neither doctor nor patient. This new type of relationship is characterized by solidarity among comrades and represents a departure from the traditional tripartite division of power.
