Depletion of CD45RA+ T cells: Advantages and disadvantages of different purification methods

Summary: The study found that CD45RA depletion from G-CSF mobilized PBSC can effectively reduce CD45RA(+) T cells and B cells, but it also results in the co-depletion of NK cells.
