Paget's disease of the breast: diagnosis and management

However, no specific recommendations are made regarding implant positioning, use of mesh or timing. The use of patient-reported outcomes in clinical practice is endorsed. The article emphasizes the importance of prospective randomized phase III studies and interdisciplinary collaboration for determining optimal sequencing and techniques for PMRT in the context of BR.

Paget's disease of the breast: Our 20 years' experience

There were no significant differences in terms of local control, disease-free survival, and overall survival rates among patients treated with different types of surgery, regardless of the presence of Paget's disease alone, Paget's disease associated with in situ cancer, or Paget's disease associated with invasive cancer.
