DeepGCNs: Making GCNs Go as Deep as CNNs

Guohao Li et al.

Summary: Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have been successful in computer vision tasks, but are not suited for non-Euclidean data. Graph Convolutional Networks (GCNs) can handle non-Euclidean data input. This work introduces concepts from CNNs to GCNs and successfully trains very deep GCNs, achieving promising performance in various datasets and tasks.

Graph Construction for Traffic Prediction: A Data-Driven Approach

James J. Q. Yu

Summary: This paper proposes a data-driven graph construction scheme based on graph adjacency learning for traffic prediction. The scheme explores inter-time-series dependency and embeds sensor correlation in a latent attention space to construct traffic graphs. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme outperforms existing static and dynamic graph construction methods.

Dynamic Graph Convolution Network for Traffic Forecasting Based on Latent Network of Laplace Matrix Estimation

Kan Guo et al.

Summary: Traffic forecasting is a challenging problem due to the complexity and non-stationary nature of traffic data. Graph Convolution Network (GCN) based methods have shown promising performance in this area. However, current methods lack the utilization of spatial and temporal properties in graph construction. This paper proposes a novel dynamic graph convolution network that adaptively constructs dynamic road network graphs for traffic forecasting, achieving better performance than state-of-the-art methods.
