COVID-19: anxiety among hospital staff and associated factors

How to lead health care workers during unprecedented crises: A qualitative study of the COVID-19 pandemic in Connecticut, USA

These findings can help inform future leadership responses to pandemics and crises, ultimately strengthening the healthcare system as a whole.
