Summary: In this study, the removal of methylene blue from wastewater using chitosan-sunflower-nano-iron (CSN) beds with the Fenton process was examined. The CSN catalyst showed very effective color removal for methylene blue under optimal conditions. The biopolymer beds synthesized using green synthesis process demonstrated a high dye removal efficiency.
