Instant and Multiple DNA Extraction Method by Microneedle Patch for Rapid and on-Site Detection of Food Allergen-Encoding Genes

Huan Li et al.

Summary: A novel instant and multiple DNA extraction method based on MN patch was developed, enabling collection of samples suitable for DNA analysis within 1 minute, and rapid screening of allergenic risks in complex samples within 30 minutes. This transformative approach provides a potential alternative to traditional DNA extraction methods for achieving rapid, on-site detection of foodborne hazards in collaboration with fast DNA-based assays.
