Summary: This study explores the contribution of customer-centered management systems to CRM through digital services. Empirical evidence from an online survey in Turkey's Kocaeli province indicates that dimensions of digital service quality have a positive impact on customer satisfaction capabilities and the relationship between independent variables and trust, enthusiasm, and sensitivity dimensions with customer satisfaction is favorable. High customer satisfaction with digital services can enhance firm performance, but building customer trust and designing products based on preferences are also crucial for companies.

The findings suggest that employee satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between performance, internal marketing, counterproductive work behavior, and organizational attachment.
