The mediating role of job stress on the relationship between job satisfaction facets and turnover intention of the construction professionals

Results show that satisfaction with supervision and job security directly contribute to a reduction in stress levels, leading to a decrease in turnover intention. Satisfaction with pay and co-workers also predict a decline in turnover intention. However, the study did not find significant effects from promotion to job stress and turnover intention.
