Social Sustainability in Construction Projects-A Systematic Review of Assessment Indicators and Taxonomy

Summary: Despite its importance and appeal, the social dimension of sustainability in construction projects has been less explored, resulting in a lack of comprehensive and standardized framework. To address this gap, the current study conducted a systematic review of literature and synthesized a framework for social sustainability in construction projects. The framework consists of 7 enablers, 27 indicators, and 76 sub-indicators, providing a comprehensive and precise view to ensure better planning and sustainable development.
