Design and implementation of XOR logic circuit based on generalized memristor

Fenghu Jiang et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a new XOR circuit structure using a first-order generalized memristor, a voltage follower, and a difference amplifier. The dynamic behaviors of the first-order generalized memristor model vary with different input voltages, and the non-polarity of the memristor is proven through comparative analysis of its mathematical model and physical structure. With the non-polarity of the memristor, the XOR circuit is designed and implemented in hardware, and the influence of the memristor's parameters on circuit characteristics is discussed.

An associative memory circuit based on physical memristors

Mei Guo et al.

Summary: In this paper, a physical Sr0.97Ba0.03TiO3-x (SBT) memristor with voltage threshold characteristic was prepared and an adaptive voltage threshold memristor model was proposed to accurately characterize its electrical characteristics. The synaptic plasticity of SBT memristor under different pulse stimulation was analyzed. A Pavlov associative memory circuit was designed using the LTSPICE environment, which consisted of neuron and memristive synaptic circuits. The experimental results demonstrated the feasibility and applicability of SBT memristor as an electronic synapse in neuromorphic applications, providing a path for the development of artificial neural networks.

New Criteria on Stability of Dynamic Memristor Delayed Cellular Neural Networks

Kun Deng et al.

Summary: Dynamic memristor-cellular neural networks replace linear resistors with flux-controlled memristors in each cell, providing the advantage of disappearing voltages, currents, and power consumption when reaching a steady state. Previous studies on stability rarely considered time delay, which has a significant impact on system stability. By extending the original system to a DM-D(delay)CNNs model and using Lyapunov method and matrix theory, new sufficient conditions for global asymptotic and exponential stability of DM-DCNNs with a known convergence rate are obtained. The results show the potential applications and advantages of DM-DCNNs in various fields.
