However, the clinical conversion rate of NPs remains low, posing a substantial challenge for their translation into clinical practice. This review explores in vivo targeted delivery methods, material characteristics, and the application of NPs in vaccine preparation, with emphasis on nanoliposomes. Challenges and limitations of NPs are also discussed briefly.
