Predictive significance of inflammatory indexes in metastatic nonsmall cell lung cancer patients treated with platinum-doublet chemotherapy

Mesut Yilmaz et al.

Summary: This study aimed to analyze the predictive role of the systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and prognostic nutritional index (PNI) in patients with advanced NSCLC treated with first-line platinum-doublet chemotherapy. The results showed that high inflammatory indexes were associated with low chemotherapy response rate.
