The research is important because it optimizes the technological parameters of centrifugal concentrators using Knelson CVD technology. It analyzes the applicability of this technology on various products and establishes the relationship between the concentrator's output and adjustable parameters through statistical analysis. The novelty lies in the use of the method of group consideration of arguments to generate families of mathematical models and choose the optimal one.
The relevance of the research is due to the acquisition of new knowledge about the optimization of the technological parameters of the operation of centrifugal concentrators using Knelson CVD technology, namely: setting the valve opening frequency and the time during which the valves remain open. The purpose of the research: statistical analysis of the results of pilot studies of the applicability of the Knelson CVD technology on various products of the plant, using the method of group consideration of arguments, to obtain the dependencies between the output of the concentrator and the adjustable parameters, allowing to carry out preliminary calculations on the effectiveness of the implementation of this technology at enrichment enterprises. In this work, we used regression analysis methods aimed at building statistically significant models, as well as the method of group consideration of arguments, which allows you to build many similar models and tune them. The novelty of the work lies in the application of the method of group consideration of arguments in order to generate families of mathematical models and choose the optimal one.
