Enhanced tailored of thermal stability, optical and electrochemical properties ofPANImatrix containingAl2O3hybrid materials synthesized through in situ polymerization

Mohamed Amine Bekhti et al.

Summary: Hybrid materials based on Al2O3 modified with polyaniline have been successfully synthesized through chemical polymerization. Adjusting the amount of Al2O3 during the polymerization process allows for setting the optical properties of the synthesized nanocomposites, resulting in different optical band gap values. The synthesized hybrid materials show good electroactivity response and improved thermal stability.

Study on the synthesis of PANI/CNT nanocomposite and its anticorrosion mechanism in waterborne coatings

Jinge Zhang et al.

Summary: In this study, a PANI encapsulated CNT (PANI/CNT) composite with nanofibers morphology was successfully prepared through oxidative polymerization in CNT suspension. The composite showed reversible redox activity in both acidic and neutral media. The PANI/CNT nanocomposite exhibited excellent intelligent protection activity and long-term anticorrosion performance when used as an organic coating material.
