Summary: The study findings indicate that Syrian residents demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards COVID-19 during the global outbreak. Lower education level is associated with poor knowledge, while inadequate preventive practices are more common among males, young people, and the unemployed. Efforts should be focused on raising awareness to improve practices during the current COVID-19 pandemic and future epidemics.
