Summary: This study investigated the microbial diversity and antibiotic resistance profiles of bacteria isolated from raw milk in dairy farms in Jiangsu and Shandong provinces, China. Results showed that K. pneumoniae was one of the most prevalent bacteria, with MDR isolates emerging in dairy farms in Jiangsu province, posing a potential threat to food safety and public health.
