Over the past 25 years, the journal has undergone significant changes, including moving to online publication, embracing social media, introducing new article types, emphasizing transparency, expanding the editorial board, and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. These changes ensure that Pediatrics remains relevant and up-to-date for those dedicated to advancing child health outcomes.
