Delocalised kinetic Monte Carlo for simulating delocalisation-enhanced charge and exciton transport in disordered materials

Daniel Balzer et al.

Summary: Charge transport in moderately disordered materials involves charges hopping between partially delocalised electronic states. Utilizing the delocalised kinetic Monte Carlo model can accurately describe this transport process and reveal why standard kinetic Monte Carlo may underestimate mobilities.
