Trial of Globus Pallidus Focused Ultrasound Ablation in Parkinson's Disease

Summary: Unilateral pallidal ultrasound ablation can alleviate motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease, but it is associated with adverse events. Larger and longer trials are needed to determine the efficacy and safety of this technique.
