In vitro antifungal susceptibility ofSporothrix globosaisolates from Jilin Province, northeastern China: comparison of yeast and mycelial phases

Summary: This study evaluated the susceptibility of 80 isolates ofS. globosa from Jilin Province, China, to six antifungal agents. The results showed that the isolates were most sensitive to terbinafine, posaconazole, and itraconazole, while relatively resistant to fluconazole and voriconazole. Additionally, the sensitivities ofS. globosa to antifungal compounds were found to be dependent on incubation temperature and growth phase.
