Preparation, characteristics and cytotoxicity of green synthesized selenium nanoparticles using Paenibacillus motobuensis LY5201 isolated from the local specialty food of longevity area

In this study, CoFe2O4 and ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles were synthesized using Rutin extract and applied for PPTT of breast cancer cells. The nanoparticles exhibited favorable properties for magnetic hyperthermia therapy and showed significant photothermal efficacy against cancer cells. The low toxicity of the nanoparticles to normal cells was also demonstrated.
