Cyclosporine A Promotes Bone Remodeling in LPS-Related Inflammation via Inhibiting ROS/ERK Signaling: Studies In Vivo and In Vitro

Yuwei Zhao et al.

Summary: Inflammatory diseases of bone disrupt the balance between osteogenesis and osteoclasis, leading to bone destruction. The study investigated the effects of CsA on bone remodeling in LPS-related inflammation, finding that CsA effectively enhanced bone remodeling and attenuated oxidative stress caused by LPS through inhibiting ROS/ERK signaling. These findings suggest a potential novel therapeutic strategy for inflammatory bone diseases.

Stat3 loss in mesenchymal progenitors causes Job syndrome-like skeletal defects by reducing Wnt/β-catenin signaling

Prem Swaroop Yadav et al.

Summary: Job syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by immune dysfunction and skeletal developmental abnormalities. Current treatment options are limited, but enhancing Wnt/β-catenin signaling could potentially reduce bone symptoms in patients with Job syndrome.
