Implementing a graduate medical education anti-racism workshop at an academic university in the Southern USA

Summary: The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and the social justice movement in early 2020 have raised awareness about health disparities and healthcare inequities faced by Black communities in the United States. This project aimed to develop an anti-racism workshop for Graduate Medical Education to address these issues. The workshops covered topics related to racism and its impacts on health, and participants found them useful in their work and better equipped to identify and address disparities and racism.
