A novel ultrasensitive colorimetric bioassay was developed using a hemin/GDYO nanocomposite (H/GDYO) as a nanozyme with superior peroxidase-like activity for the detection of H2O2 and glucose. The bioassay displayed excellent sensitivity and wide linear range for H2O2 and glucose detection, with low limits of detection and successful application in real samples. The developed method shows promise for medical diagnosis and biotechnology.
